REHAU Incorporated, a leading international construction materials manufacturer, is seeking an outgoing and detailed-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Building Solutions Division. The Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit is dedicated to bringing high quality PEX polymer piping systems to the American marketplace.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and managing relationships with both current and new customers throughout the sales territory. This role involves processing and reviewing incoming customer orders, providing customer support, and acting as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will manage the customer claims process, oversee customer incentive programs, and verify sales activity for commission programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory.
  • Order Processing: Process, review, and maintain incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Claims Management: Manage the customer claims process, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records in Salesforce, sending out product samples and literature and maintaining accurate customer pricing profiles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and interested in working for an international company within the US Market.
  • Teamwork: Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a dynamic team.
