REHAU Inc, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Customer Service Representative for our Furniture Solutions Division based in our Grand Rapids or Sturgis, MI sales office Locations. We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional who thrives on building effective business relationships, has a customer-driven focus and strong follow-up skills.

• Executes goals, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customers service levels
• Resolves customer issues quickly and accurately
• Promotes and manages relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory to increase sales
• Processes, reviews and maintains incoming customer orders
• Acts as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
• Participates in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
• Manages customer claims process through REHAU database
• Develops a working familiarity of the technical characteristics of the products we sell
• Develops and implements best practices for improving efficiency through coordination with our sales, fabrication and manufacturing processes

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience is preferred
• 2-4 of relevant inside sales or customer service experience
• Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative problem-solver with outstanding customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team
