REHAU Incorporated, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking a goal-oriented Corporate Project Specialist based in our Americas Regional headquarters in Leesburg, VA. We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, provides world-class customer service and has exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will learn all facets of the business (including branding, internal systems, key personnel, and policies and procedures) and support the Regional Executive Board’s vision, strategic roadmap, and project needs. The position is intended to be a stepping stone to prepare the job holder for taking on a management role after 2-3 years.


Job responsibilities for the Corporate Project Specialist will include:


Management and coordination of various international and interdisciplinary projects on behalf of the REB, including regular reporting


Support and facilitate the organization wide (Americas) change management process on behalf of the REB


Support the meetings of the Regional Executive Board (REB) with:

  • Coordination of individual REB meetings on a monthly or bi-monthly basis in accordance with the schedule, including agenda and handout preparation in agreement with individual topic presenters and attendees
  • Documentation of minutes for all REB meetings. Following each meeting, timely preparation of accurate minutes, including all decision points and agreed upon action items for each topic.
  • Prepare and coordinate handouts (e.g. business plans, investment projects etc.) for Group Executive Board and Supervisory Board meetings in support of the various business divisions
  • Address/pursue and facilitate the implementation of recommendations/decisions of the REB in support of the CEO AM







  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferably in business or engineering
  • 2 or more years experience in consulting, project management or other related business roles
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and current virtual collaboration applications
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects and events while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity and experience, ideally gained through work at an international company or a study abroad experience
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team.
