REHAU Incorporated, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking a goal-oriented Corporate Project Specialist based in our Americas Regional headquarters in Leesburg, VA. We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, provides world-class customer service and has exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will learn all facets of the business (including branding, internal systems, key personnel, and policies and procedures) and support the Regional Executive Board’s vision, strategic roadmap, and project needs. The position is intended to be a stepping stone to prepare the job holder for taking on a management role after 2-3 years.
Job responsibilities for the Corporate Project Specialist will include:
Management and coordination of various international and interdisciplinary projects on behalf of the REB, including regular reporting
Support and facilitate the organization wide (Americas) change management process on behalf of the REB
