REHAU is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator to lead our CRM team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work closely with the external Applications Developers and cross functionally with business users to address the daily maintenance and support tasks, analyze and solve problems and efficiently define and lead enhancements associated with REHAU’s multi-lingual Salesforce instance. S/He works closely with our business units throughout North and South America to support nearly 250 users with tools needed for sales and service to our customers. This role requires addressing business user requests as well as proactively developing initiatives regarding data management, security changes, workflow creation and user experience.
