    Responsibilities Administrator


    REHAU is looking for an experienced Administrator to lead our CRM team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work closely with the external Applications Developers and cross functionally with business users to address the daily maintenance and support tasks, analyze and solve problems and efficiently define and lead enhancements associated with REHAU’s multi-lingual Salesforce instance. S/He works closely with our business units throughout North and South America to support nearly 250 users with tools needed for sales and service to our customers. This role requires addressing business user requests as well as proactively developing initiatives regarding data management, security changes, workflow creation and user experience.


    The ideal candidate will have experience in:


    • Lead projects for multi-divisional, multi-country Sales and Commercial organizations. 
    • Develop and deliver user training and drive user adoption of existing functionality and applications.
    • Lead cross-functional projects in support of business unit initiatives.
    • Manage an iterative SFDC roadmap, including Lightning implementation. 
    • Drive completion of existing SFDC roadmap initiatives while identifying new initiatives.
    • Identify and manage solutions to increase productivity and collaboration.
    • Participate in automating existing sales and marketing business processes and defining new processes.
    • Support business unit marketing campaigns with Pardot email marketing, web forms and automation.
    • Collaborate with internal team members to complete projects and enhancements.
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Strategically build SFDC case knowledge base, including evaluating release notes and apps that might benefit REHAU.


    Qualifications Administrator


    • 8-10 years of Salesforce experience as a key user
    • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience preferred
    • Indepth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Pardot marketing automation a plus
    • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools
    • Detail-oriented selfstarter with strong written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • Strong problem solving skills in data and software applications environment
