Who We Seek
We’re looking for top mechanical, industrial and chemical engineering
students and recent graduates for positions at our Automotive plant and
Technical Center in Cullman, Alabama. This is where we manufacture
complete bumper systems, rocker panels, lower door cladding, and rear
spoilers for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Nissan, KIA and other automotive

Role & Responsibilities:
-Targeted implementation of the project from commercial, technical and logistical view from inquiry processing through to handover to the production plant.
-Responsible for adhereance to deadlines, costs and profitability targets for the project.
-Can act as the technical sealing product specialist and functionally responsible for product design, technical evaluation and technical coordination of a sealing development.
-Monitoring all relevant project internal and client milestones.
-Ensuring qualitative targets for each milestone.
-Attending important multidisciplinary engineering meetings and customer meetings.
-Producing all relevant internal and client documents (notification of change costs, inquiry documents, technical Delivery Purchasing Specification, parts list, part CV inquiry).
-Matching and coordinating components.
-Conducting patent research, benchmarks and technical supplier evaluations.
-Automotive sealing experience.
-Intercultural project coordination.
-Supplier and Quality management.
-Bachelor degree or equilavent in the Technical Engineering field.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, Team oriented.
-Effective problem solving skills.
-Good organizational skills.
