    Responsibilities


    Digital Marketing Manager


     

    REHAU Incorporated, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Digital Marketing Manager at our Americas headquarters in Leesburg, VA. The successful candidate will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

     

    The digital marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategy for social and digital marketing, including sub areas (e.g., website, lead management, digital media, social media). He/she is responsible for ensuring that each of the key markets has a development roadmap to achieve leadership across social and digital marketing. The digital marketing manager has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing manager will work with the marketing team and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

     

    Specific job responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager include:

    Digital Marketing Strategy 

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to generate brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales and engagement
    • Evaluate emerging technologies in mobile and social applications. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Drive multi-channel user acquisition through organic and paid media
    • Coordinate with creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
    • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
    • Foster storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of our brand
    • Inspire, collaborate and propel external partners (Creative, Digital Agency, PR)
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
    • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks
    • Define and optimize conversion KPIs through structured tests and analysis

    Website/SEO

    • Manage the redesign of the company’s and divisions’ websites in close collaboration with global web editors
    • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

     Planning & Trend Management

    • Coordinate planning, budgeting and controlling of all digital marketing
    • Evaluate competitor, industry and digital trend data
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Liaise with global digital team to further develop and plan digital strategies for local markets

     

    Qualifications


    Digital Marketing Manager


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • Four or more years of B2B marketing and advertising experience, preferably in a corporate environment
    • Two or more years of digital marketing experience
    • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
    • Proven multi-channel marketing expertise, with a heavy emphasis on online marketing
    • Proven experience developing value propositions for customers through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development
    • Negotiation and partner management skills
    • Confident communicator and presenter, strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout skills
    • Data driven with an ability to interpret data and present results to senior management and business executives
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
