    Executive Assistant to the CEO


     

    REHAU Inc, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant for our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in our Americas Regional headquarters in Leesburg, VA. We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, provides world-class customer service and has exceptional follow-up skills. The successful candidate will learn all facets of the business (including: branding, internal systems, key personnel, and policies and procedures) and support the CEO's vision, strategic roadmap, and day-to-day administrative needs. 

     

    Job responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:

    • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
    • Generates and tracks expense reports through Concur
    • Manages CEO’s calendar and schedule
    • Schedules meetings with project teams, executives and Corporate officers
    • Writes and distributes Regional Executive Board meeting minutes
    • Creates briefings and presentations, which includes producing complex graphics
    • Conducts internet research, gathers and synthesizes data in support of executive leadership projects
    • Serves as a liaison for communication and distribution of information among project teams and tracks action items
    • Plans and manages events for the company, including catering and logistics for visiting delegations from abroad
    • Coordinates activities between company and outside parties

     

    Qualifications


    Executive Assistant to the CEO


     

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent level of experience 
    • Five or more years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite executives
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
    • Proven ability to create complicated Powerpoint presentations
    • Ability to handle multiple complex projects and events while meeting deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
    • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team.
