    Customer Service Representative


     

    REHAU Inc, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Customer Service Representative for our Furniture Solutions Division based in our Grand Rapids, MI sales office. We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, has a customer-driven focus and strong follow up skills.

     

    Job responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

    • Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory
    • Process, review and maintain incoming customer orders
    • Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
    • Participate in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
    • Manage customer claims process
    • Knowledge of all product lines to be able to effectively communicate options and appropriate solutions to customers.

     

    Qualifications


    Customer Service Representative


     

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent level of experience 
    • Three or more years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
    • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team.
