    Administrative Assistant


     

    REHAU Inc, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Administrative Assistant for our Furniture Solutions Division based in our Grand Rapids, MI sales office. We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, has a customer-driven focus and strong follow up skills.

     

    Job responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

    • Answer phones, sort office mail and provide administrative support
    • Code accounts payable invoices, including research cost allocation
    • Maintain inventory and coordinate shipment of samples and literature
    • Coordinate product and customer related projects
    • Set up new customers and manage existing customers in Salesforce.com
    • Assist customers with website navigation via phone and chat
    • Organize Academy events
    • Provide back-up to Inside Sales Team during staff shortage

    Qualifications


    Administrative Assistant


     

    • Associates degree or equivalent level of experience 
    • One or more years of relevant administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
    • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
    • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team.
