Responsibilities


Sales Coordinator - Inside Sales


 

REHAU Incorporated, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Coordinator for our Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit. The Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit is dedicated to bringing high quality PEX polymer piping systems to the American marketplace. This position is based in our Minneapolis sales office.

 

Specific job responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator include:

  • Promotes and manages relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory
  • Processes, reviews and maintains incoming customer orders
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
  • Participates in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
  • Manages customer claims process
  • Performs administrative duties such as maintaining and shipping product samples and literature, invoicing, and organizing Academy events.

Qualifications


Sales Coordinator - Inside Sales


  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of work experience
  • One or more years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team.
